EAP is adaptable to several options. We cater to individuals, couples, families, adults and children.

Parents want what is best for their children, but knowing the right support is not always easy.  We seek to support clients in building autonomy and healthy problem solving skills in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Techniques of play therapy are often used to engage young people. Our therapists are skilled and experienced in working with children and adolescents suffering with borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, attachment injuries, trauma, autism, anxiety, depression, and a number of other childhood disorders.

Life can be challenging. Struggles with mental health and well being often compound these challenges. Through Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, we work with individuals seeking support in a large range of needs.

Imparting warmth, compassion and a person-centered approach to create a comfortable and supportive environment, clients are able to tap into resources within themselves to elicit changes they desire. Individual counseling is unique to each person and our EAP and EAL services are structures around personal goals.
